Oatmeal Bar Breakfast

Looking for an easy weekday breakfast that’s not only fun for the kids but also healthy?

Try an oatmeal bar !!!


My four year olds went crazy for their oatmeal when I added their options in cute little bowls and let them pick and choose what they wanted. They loved sprinkling, poring and mixing up their breakfast all on their own. Here’s a list of the ingredients we used but the options are endless.
-Bowls of your favorite oatmeal ( we used steel cut oats)
-chia seeds
-sliced bananas
-flax meal
-almond butter
-soy milk
